How it works:

• Both the customer and the rep connect to the appliance through outbound connections. Clients are given a private URL to log into Lisa Murphy's Helpdesk appliance.
• Support rep (Lisa Murphy) can see your screen, control the mouse and work as if physically present.
• Passes no data through a 3rd party. Sessions can be clientless. Leaving no footprint on the remote computer when rep leaves session.
